1. About these terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Carrier Labs website at carrierlabs.net (the "Site") and any applications we make available (the "Apps"), together the "Services". By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

4. Accounts and Google Sign-In
Some Apps let you sign in with Google via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that takes place under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. How we handle the data received through Google Sign-In is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Client work and confidentiality
Where we carry out advisory or delivery work for you, the specific commercial terms, deliverables, ownership of work product and confidentiality obligations are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work. Those terms take precedence over these Terms for that engagement.
7. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example Google, hosting providers, or an email platform). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Services available and working, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Services at any time without notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, conditions and terms that might otherwise apply to the Services. Information on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional advice on which you should rely.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page; the date at the top shows when it was last updated. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
